Ceramic Mug
Made from durable ceramic with a smooth, glossy finish, the mug is designed for everyday coffee, tea, or your favorite hot drink. The comfortable C-shaped handle makes it easy to hold, while the glossy surface provides a clean base for bright, detailed printing.

Dye Sublimation Printing
Your artwork is printed using dye sublimation, a process that uses heat to permanently transfer the design into the coated surface of the mug. This allows detailed photo collages and colors to remain bright, crisp, and vibrant.
Because the design becomes part of the mug’s surface rather than sitting on top of it like a sticker or vinyl layer, the finished print is smooth and resistant to fading with normal use.

Printed & Shipped from the USA
Your personalized mug is printed and shipped from the USA. After you place your order, we prepare your collage and send a proof by email within 24 hours so you can review it before production. Once the design is approved, your mug moves into printing and is prepared for shipment.

Place your order and we'll email you a design proof for approval. You’ll have 24 hours from the time you receive it to review the design and request any revisions you’d like.

Ask for changes during your review window. We send each new revision within 24 hours, and you get another 24 hours to respond.
Not happy with your proof? You can cancel within 24 hours of receiving the proof for a full refund.

Receive
When you approve your design, or we don’t hear from you within 24 hours of the latest proof, your order goes into production. It can no longer be edited or canceled. We then print and ship it to you.
