Once your Artsif order ships, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
Personalized orders go through design approval and production before shipment. We send your design proof within 24 hours, and printing usually takes 1–4 business days after approval.
Check the email address used at checkout, including your spam or promotions folder. Your tracking link will be included in the shipping confirmation when available.
A carrier may need time to scan a newly shipped package. It is normal for tracking to take a little time to show its first movement.
Check around the delivery location, mailbox or parcel area and ask household members or nearby neighbors in case the package was left in a safe place. If you still cannot locate it, contact us with your order number and tracking information.
If you cannot find your tracking information, your package appears delayed, or there is another delivery issue, contact us with your order number.
