FAQ

Process

1. Select the options for your portrait. Upload the photos or send them to photo@artsif.com.

2. We will create your artwork and send a preview to the email address you provided the next business day.

3. Reply to our email to let us know if you like the preview and wish to complete the order, or if you would like to get a revision, or if you would like to get a refund.

After you submit your order, you will receive a preview the next business day. We will always send you a preview of the portrait and nothing will be printed without your approval. Once you have approved the preview, the product is sent to production. If you ordered a digital copy, we will send you the clean version right away. Otherwise, the production and shipping to United States takes on average 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped with FedEx. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships out. All the above estimated times will be double during Christmas season.

Photos

Take a close up photo of the pet and ensure the whole face, ears and neck are visible. Make sure your pet is looking at the camera.

The best option is to provide multiple photos so we can choose the best one for the portrait. We will reach out to you with specific instructions if we need more photos.

You can also send the photos after checkout to photo@artsif.com.

Just send us an email with your pictures to photo@artsif.com before placing an order. We will let you know whether the pictures are usable or not. If you already placed an order, no problem! We will refund you if we cannot use your photo.

Preview & Revisions

You will receive a preview of the portrait to the email you provided to place your order. The preview has a watermark applied on it. This watermark doesn’t appear on the clean version. Nothing will be printed without your approval.

You can ask for as many revisions as you want. We will send you a new preview each time.

If you are still not satisfied after the revisions, you can cancel your order and get a full refund.

Money Back Guarantee

If you don't like the last preview you received, you can cancel your order and get the full amount refunded to you. We do not charge fees for the time we spent on your artwork.

You can get a full refund at any time before approving the preview by writing to support@artsif.com.

If you confirm that you like the preview, the order is finalized. The final version of the portrait will be printed and shipped to you. If you purchased the digital version, the portrait will be sent to you by email.

Once your order is finalized, it cannot be refunded. All our products are customized and cannot be returned.

We can also do portraits with up to 15 characters in one single artwork (pet and people).

Shipping

Shipping is always free for United States. There is no minimum order quantity.

For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

If you received a damaged product email us right away on support@artsif.com with photos of the order and the packaging if possible.

If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the products are returned to shipper, we will not accept returns and you will not get a replacement or a refund. It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
