There are servals steps to process your order:
1. You select all the options for your portrait, you upload the photos and you place the order with your email address
2. We will create your artwork and send you a preview to the email address you provided with your order. If the photos you provided are not usable or if we cannot process your order for any reason, we will contact you to that same email address to explain what to do.
3. You reply to our email to let us know if you like the preview and wish to complete the order, or if you would like to get a revision, or if you would like to get a refund.
4. We will do according to your reply.
Try to take a photo with a smartphone andmake sure the pet is looking at the camera and the ears are inside the frame.The best option is to provide multiple photos so we can choose the best one forthe portrait. We will reach out to you with specific instructions if we needmore photos.
Just send us an email with your pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order. We will let you know if we can use them.
If you already placed an order, no problem! We will refundyou if we cannot use your photo.
After you submitted your order, you should receive a preview within 1-2 business days.
We will always send you a preview of the portrait and nothing will be printed without your approval. Once you have approved the preview, the product is sent to production. If you ordered a digital copy, we will send you the clean version right away. Otherwise, the production stage takes on average 3-5 business days.
Shipping to United States takes 3-5 business days. Orders are shipped with either FedEx, UPS, USPS or DHL. You will receive a tracking link by email when your order ships out.
All the above estimated times will be double during Christmas season.
You will receive a preview of the portrait to the email you provided to place your order. The preview has a watermark applied on it. This watermark doesn’t appear on the clean version. Nothing will be printed without your approval.
You can ask for as many revisions as you want. We will send you a new preview each time.
If you are still not satisfied after the revisions, you can cancel your order and get a full refund. We won’t take any fee for the time we spent on your artwork.
If you don't like the last preview you received, you can cancel your order and get 100% money back.
If you confirm that you like the preview, the order is finalized. The final version of the portrait will be printed and shipped to you. If you purchased the digital version, the portrait will be sent to you by email.
Once your order is finalized, it cannot be refunded. All our products are customized and cannot be returned.

We also do special orders (e.g. portrait printed on very large canvas up to 50" and more), or printing on any other type of product.
We can also do portraits with up to 15 characters in one single artwork (pet and people).
However, we don't do any copyrighted theme (star wars, movies, etc...). Sorry but it is illegal and we will never do that.

Shipping is always free for United States. There is no minimum order quantity.
For other countries, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
If your order is in transit for over 12 business days, it will be considered as lost in transit. You can then contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will issue you a replacement free of charge.
If you received a product damaged email us right away to email@example.com with photos of the order and the packaging if possible. We will issue you a replacement free of charge.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and the products are returned to shipper, we will not accept the returns and you will not get a replacement or a refund. It is your responsibility to provide a correct shipping address.
