These Terms of Service govern your use of the Artsif website and your purchase of products from us. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Artsif sells personalized and made-to-order products. Product photographs, mockups, previews, colors, sizing information, and examples are intended to help you understand the product, but small differences may occur because of screen settings, printing methods, materials, production batches, and the photos or personalization you provide.
You are responsible for checking the information submitted with your order, including names, text, photos, sizes, colors, shipping details, and other personalization choices.
For Artsif personalized products, we email a design proof within 24 hours unless a product page clearly states a different workflow.
You have 24 hours from the time the latest proof is sent to approve it, request revisions, or cancel before production begins. If you request a revision, we send an updated proof and you receive another 24-hour review period.
If you approve the design, or if we do not hear from you within 24 hours of the latest proof, the design is considered approved and the order may enter production. Once production begins, the order can no longer be edited or canceled.
By uploading photos, artwork, text, names, or other content, you confirm that you own that content or have the necessary permission to use it for the personalized product you are ordering.
You grant Artsif and the service providers involved in creating and fulfilling your order a limited right to process that content as necessary to prepare your design, send proofs, produce the item, fulfill the order, and provide related customer support.
Uploading customer content for an order does not by itself grant Artsif permission to use that content in public advertising, social media, or other marketing. Public marketing use may require separate permission.
Uploaded content must comply with our Photo Guidelines. We may request a different image, refuse content, or cancel an order if submitted content is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or cannot reasonably be used for the requested product.
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change from time to time. Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other charges will be shown where required during checkout.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed. We may cancel or refund an order if a pricing error, technical error, suspected fraud, unavailable product, or other issue prevents us from fulfilling it.
Personalized products require production time before shipment. After design approval, printing usually takes 1–4 business days, followed by approximately 3–5 business days for U.S. shipping. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Carrier delays, peak-season volume, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control can affect delivery. See Shipping & Delivery for more information.
Because personalized products are created specifically for each customer, return and cancellation rules differ from standard non-personalized goods. You may cancel for a full refund before production begins during the proof-review process. Once a design is approved, automatically approved, or in production, cancellation is no longer possible.
See our Returns & Refunds policy for details. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
The Artsif website, branding, original product designs, graphics, text, photographs, and other original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit our content without permission.
Submitting customer content to Artsif does not transfer ownership of that content to us.
You may not use the website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, or infringing purposes, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the website.
Our store relies on third-party services for functions that can include hosting, payments, personalization tools, communications, reviews, analytics, printing, fulfillment, and shipping. Information may be processed by these providers as necessary to provide the relevant service and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We work to keep product information and website content accurate, but errors can occur. Where permitted by law, we may correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions and update website information when necessary.
To the extent permitted by law, Artsif is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, practices, or legal requirements. The version published on this page is the current version.
