The Gildan 5000 is made from 100% US cotton and has a traditional, structured T-shirt fit with a smooth medium-weight feel. It is a dependable everyday option that holds its shape well and provides a clean surface for detailed printing.

Comfort Colors 1717

The Comfort Colors 1717 is made from 100% ring-spun US cotton and is garment-dyed and soft-washed for a softer, more relaxed feel. The fabric has a broken-in texture and a laid-back silhouette while still giving the portrait a rich, substantial look.

DTG Printing

Your portrait is printed using direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, a process that applies water-based textile inks directly onto the fabric. DTG works well for detailed artwork and smooth tonal transitions, helping bring the black-and-white portrait to life on your shirt.

Because the ink is printed directly onto the garment, the finished design feels integrated with the fabric. Slight variations in color and texture can occur depending on the shirt color and fabric.
